At WowFynd, we aim to ensure every customer receives products in good condition. If you face any issue with your order, the policy below explains the return and refund process clearly.

By placing an order on www.wowfyndstore.in, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

Return Request Window

Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong item claims

  • The product must not show signs of use, washing, or tampering

Returns that fail quality inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

All claims must be supported by a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Requests made after the 3-day return window

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video

If approved, we will share return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

After the returned item reaches our facility:

  • It will undergo quality inspection

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within a reasonable time

  • If rejected, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued via UPI or Bank Transfer only

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

WowFynd is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • A valid unboxing video is provided

  • Replacement stock is available

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition will be rejected

  • No return or refund will be processed without an unboxing video

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
